Mr. Claud, President and Founder of StreamCo®, LLC. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for more than 20 years, including development, acquisition, ownership, disposition strategies and asset management. Mr. Claud has devoted a significant amount of time and effort through the course of his career to asset management and strategic investor advisory work. Mr. Claud was in the banking industry for several years before entering the commercial real estate industry. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1996 from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
Timothy J. Stiffler
Mr. Stiffler is Managing Director / Partner of StreamCo®, and President of Commonwealth Lodging, LLC, a StreamCo® company that provides receiver and hotel management services for lenders. Mr. Stiffler’s experience includes ownership and operating management of Tidewater Hotels & Resorts, an award-winning, top-50-nationally-ranked, hotel management company, including all aspects of hotel development, condominium development, financing, franchise relations and licensing of hotels. The company was a franchisee and strategic development partner for Marriott International and had franchise affiliations with InterContinental Hotel Group, Starwood Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels, and the National Park Service. Prior to taking over the operations of Tidewater Hotels & Resorts he worked for ten years as a vice president in hotel finance and commercial banking in Virginia and Washington, DC. Mr. Stiffler is an honors graduate of the University of Virginia and currently serves on the board of directors for Fulton Bank, Goodwill Industries and Norfolk Academy.
Kenneth S. Strickler, CCIM
Mr. Strickler is Managing Director / Partner of StreamCo®. His proactive approach to real estate asset management has been instrumental in growing the StreamCo®, LLC portfolio and assisting its clients in achieving their goals and objectives. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 1,500,000 square feet of medical office, office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Mr. Strickler has spent the entirety of his career in the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining StreamCo® in 2006, he was in property management and leasing with Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc., where he oversaw a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of retail and office properties. Mr. Strickler holds a Virginia real estate license, has his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics/ Economics & Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.
Edward C. Denton
Mr. Denton, Managing Director / Partner, handles portfolio relationships and oversees hospitality-related engagements, and is Executive Vice President of Commonwealth Lodging, LLC. Previously with Afton Hospitality Mr. Denton was responsible for managing lender-client relationships, handling legal matters related to receivership appointments and oversaw company operations for managed hotels and strategic consulting engagements. Mr. Denton’s experience includes regional leadership positions with nationally ranked hotel development and management companies. He has worked with national franchises (Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, IHG and Choice) in the full service, extended stay, select service, economy, conference center and lifestyle lodging segments. Mr. Denton is a graduate of the hospitality and tourism management program at Virginia Tech. He is an adjunct faculty member in Hospitality Management at Tidewater Community College and serves on the hospitality advisory board for Centura College.
Russell G. Wyatt, MBA
Mr. Wyatt is a Partner with StreamCo®, LLC and is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. With more than a dozen years of experience in leasing, sales, and asset management, Mr. Wyatt has been involved in the development, acquisition, disposition and ownership for a variety of commercial real estate assets. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business in the mid-1990s, Mr. Wyatt practiced engineering for a decade. Mr. Wyatt graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and went on to earn an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
Robin A. Ransom, CPA, CGMA, MBA - Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Ransom is the Chief Financial Officer and oversees all strategic finance functions for the company. She has over 15 years of diverse accounting and finance experience. Mrs. Ransom has collaborated with senior and executive management in the areas of strategic planning, treasury management, merger & acquisition due diligence and integration, tax planning, budgeting & analysis, benefit offering analytics, global financial audit oversight, inventory management, quality control, internal control measurements and accounting and finance process and system improvement projects. Mrs. Ransom is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Global Management Accountant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and an MBA from The College of William & Mary.
Marcus B. Lewis
Mr. Lewis is Vice President of Construction and Development for StreamCo®, LLC. Mr. Lewis oversees construction and development projects for clients’ assets, including evaluating asset condition, identifying reinvestment needs, coordinating and implementation of large renovation projects and capital reinvestment programs, including hotel franchise required product improvement plans. Mr. Lewis has been active in the construction business since 1983 with a primary focus in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining StreamCo®, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President of Development and Construction for Tidewater Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Lewis was employed by Tidewater for 23 years and was responsible for the construction of 12 new hotel projects. He was also primarily responsible for the on-going capital reinvestment needs of Tidewater’s 24 hotel portfolio.
John E. Mason, CPM®
Mr. Mason is Senior Vice President of StreamCo ®, LLC. He serves as asset manager of an institutional portfolio of managed commercial real estate assets as well as plays an active role in business development and sourcing of new investment opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern US. Mr. Mason brings to StreamCo more than 14 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and asset/property management in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining StreamCo, he spent seven years with Robinson Development Group. As their Director of Property Acquisitions, he was responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and development opportunities and structuring debt and equity for commercial real estate syndications. In addition, he oversaw the asset management of 1.0 million square feet of commercial office properties, multifamily communities and grocery-anchored retail centers. Prior to that, Mr. Mason was a Senior Real Estate Manager at CB Richard Ellis where he developed and implemented management and leasing strategies for local and institutional third-party clients throughout the East Coast as well as handling a portfolio of approximately 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. He is active with the Institute of Real Estate Management, where he served as Vice President of Membership for Tidewater Chapter 39. Mr. Mason also served in the same capacity in IREM’s Central Virginia Chapter 38 for three years and is active in ULI Hampton Roads.
Aleksandra M. Harcum, ASC
Ms. Harcum is a Vice President of Finance with StreamCo®, LLC and graduated from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland with a Masters Degree in Economics and a minor in Econometrics. Prior to joining StreamCo®, Aleksandra (“Ola”) was a financial analyst for a tenant in common sponsor where she was responsible for performance analysis and pro-forma forecasting. Prior to that, she worked in the hospitality sector for a hotel developer transitioning a Holiday Inn into Crowne Plaza. While working at StreamCo®, Aleksandra has successfully completed the ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) requirements. She is responsible for the financial reports produced for the investors on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as the year-end financial packages for tax purposes. She is also responsible for property reserve and escrow analysis, budgeting, as well as short- and long-term analysis of the property cash flows. Aleksandra is the point of contact in entity management and lender compliance.
Randy Loden
Mr. Loden is a Financial Analyst involved with acquisition sourcing, financial underwriting and asset management services. Within his role he develops and maintains comprehensive financial models, forecasts, investor presentations and financial reporting. He is also involved in the research and documentation of real estate industry sectors and markets. Prior to joining StreamCo®, Mr. Loden was a Financial & Operations Analyst at Virginia Web Properties – a private Internet and E-Commerce business. He began his career in Real Estate interning at Markel Corporation in their Corporate Real Estate Department. He graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. During college Mr. Loden was the Captain of the Varsity Tennis Team, a Four-Time All-American, a representative of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and an active member of the Campus Recreation Department.
Rob Valentine
Mr. Valentine is a Financial Analyst for StreamCo®, LLC, involved with asset management, investment analysis and investor reporting. In this role, he develops and maintains real estate investment analyses, investor reporting packages and fund-level data analyses. He is also involved in new business development for StreamCo® and its various sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Valentine was a research analyst for CoStar Group, a Washington, DC-based commercial real estate information, data and marketing service provider. Mr. Valentine graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2012. He holds his real estate license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
Braxton Pruitt
Mr. Pruitt, Asset Manager, graduated from the Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration at The University of Alabama in 2009 with a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. Before joining StreamCo, LLC, Braxton was involved in the hospitality industry, working for the Four Season Hotels and Resorts. Braxton began his career in real estate as an intern for S.J. Collins Enterprises in 2008.
