Mark W. Claud, CCIM
Mr. Claud, President and Founder of StreamCo®, LLC. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for more than 20 years, including development, acquisition, ownership, disposition strategies and asset management. Mr. Claud has devoted a significant amount of time and effort through the course of his career to asset management and strategic investor advisory work. Mr. Claud was in the banking industry for several years before entering the commercial real estate industry. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1996 from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Timothy J. Stiffler
Mr. Stiffler is Managing Director / Partner of StreamCo®, and President of Commonwealth Lodging, LLC, a StreamCo® company that provides receiver and hotel management services for lenders. Mr. Stiffler’s experience includes ownership and operating management of Tidewater Hotels & Resorts, an award-winning, top-50-nationally-ranked, hotel management company, including all aspects of hotel development, condominium development, financing, franchise relations and licensing of hotels. The company was a franchisee and strategic development partner for Marriott International and had franchise affiliations with InterContinental Hotel Group, Starwood Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels, and the National Park Service. Prior to taking over the operations of Tidewater Hotels & Resorts he worked for ten years as a vice president in hotel finance and commercial banking in Virginia and Washington, DC. Mr. Stiffler is an honors graduate of the University of Virginia and currently serves on the board of directors for Fulton Bank, Goodwill Industries and Norfolk Academy.

Kenneth S. Strickler, CCIM
Mr. Strickler is Managing Director / Partner of StreamCo®.  His proactive approach to real estate asset management has been instrumental in growing the StreamCo®, LLC portfolio and assisting its clients in achieving their goals and objectives. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 1,500,000 square feet of medical office, office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Mr. Strickler has spent the entirety of his career in the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining StreamCo® in 2006, he was in property management and leasing with Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc., where he oversaw a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of retail and office properties. Mr. Strickler holds a Virginia real estate license, has his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics/ Economics & Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.

Edward C. Denton
Mr. Denton, Managing Director / Partner, handles portfolio relationships and oversees hospitality-related engagements, and is Executive Vice President of Commonwealth Lodging, LLC. Previously with Afton Hospitality Mr. Denton was responsible for managing lender-client relationships, handling legal matters related to receivership appointments and oversaw company operations for managed hotels and strategic consulting engagements. Mr. Denton’s experience includes regional leadership positions with nationally ranked hotel development and management companies. He has worked with national franchises (Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, IHG and Choice) in the full service, extended stay, select service, economy, conference center and lifestyle lodging segments. Mr. Denton is a graduate of the hospitality and tourism management program at Virginia Tech. He is an adjunct faculty member in Hospitality Management at Tidewater Community College and serves on the hospitality advisory board for Centura College.

Russell G. Wyatt, MBA
Mr. Wyatt is a Partner with StreamCo®, LLC and is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. With more than a dozen years of experience in leasing, sales, and asset management, Mr. Wyatt has been involved in the development, acquisition, disposition and ownership for a variety of commercial real estate assets. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business in the mid-1990s, Mr. Wyatt practiced engineering for a decade. Mr. Wyatt graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and went on to earn an MBA from the College of William & Mary.

Evan Garrison, MBA
Prior to joining StreamCo®, LLC as an Assistant Asset Manager, Mr. Garrison held positions as a Sales and Leasing Associate at Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield, and as a Research Analyst at CoStar Group. He began his career in real estate as an intern for Equity Residential in 2003. Mr. Garrison graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech in 2004. He also received his MBA with distinction from Virginia Tech with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.

Aleksandra M. Harcum, ASC
Ms. Harcum is a Financial Analyst with StreamCo® and graduated from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland with a Masters Degree in Economics and a minor in Econometrics. Prior to joining StreamCo®, Aleksandra (“Ola”) was a financial analyst for a tenant in common sponsor where she was responsible for performance analysis and pro-forma forecasting. Prior to that, she worked in the hospitality sector for a hotel developer transitioning a Holiday Inn into Crowne Plaza.  While working at StreamCo®, Aleksandra has successfully completed the ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) requirements. She is responsible for the financial reports produced for the investors on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as the year-end financial packages for tax purposes. She is also responsible for property reserve and escrow analysis, budgeting, as well as short- and long-term analysis of the property cash flows. Aleksandra is the point of contact in entity management and lender compliance.

Caroline Wood, CPA, CFE
Ms. Wood is a Financial Consultant for StreamCo®, LLC and is Chief Financial Officer for Hospitality Receiver, LLC, an affiliate of StreamCo®, LLC. Ms. Wood has more than a decade of accounting experience, including six years as the controller for a regional hotel operator where she oversaw an accounting department that supported more than 30 hotels. Additionally, Ms. Wood worked with McPhillips, Roberts and Deans, PLC for five years where she performed audits and prepared complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and non-profits. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance including cash management, budget preparation and analysis, pre-opening and acquisition planning, monthly and annual reporting, state and local tax regulations. Ms. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. She earned her bachelor’s degree in management from Old Dominion University.

Marcus B. Lewis
Mr. Lewis is Vice President of Construction and Development for StreamCo®, LLC. Mr. Lewis oversees construction and development projects for clients’ assets, including evaluating asset condition, identifying reinvestment needs, coordinating and implementation of large renovation projects and capital reinvestment programs, including hotel franchise required product improvement plans. Mr. Lewis has been active in the construction business since 1983 with a primary focus in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining StreamCo®, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President of Development and Construction for Tidewater Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Lewis was employed by Tidewater for 23 years and was responsible for the construction of 12 new hotel projects. He was also primarily responsible for the on-going capital reinvestment needs of Tidewater’s 24 hotel portfolio.

Robert Kearney
Mr. Kearney is Project Manager for StreamCo®, LLC. His primary role is renovation project management and oversight of tenant improvements. Prior to joining StreamCo®, Mr. Kearney was Project Manager for Afton Hospitality where is handled a variety of renovations and property improvement plans for hotel assets. Mr. Kearney previously worked with Tidewater Hotels & Resorts (and subsequently for Crestline Hotels & Resorts) for nearly 20 years. At Tidewater Hotels & Resorts Mr. Kearney assisted with the ground-up development and construction of 14 hotels. He was instrumental in insuring all assets were maintained at or above brand standard for the portfolio of 17 Marriott and Holiday Inn franchised hotels. Additionally, Mr. Kearney has significant experience in FF&E procurement, vendor contract negotiations, capital expense budgeting, and renovation project management. Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Kearney served in the US Navy for 7 years where he had Top Secret clearance and worked with aircraft avionics.
